SHIFT: Day Job

SCHEDULE: Full-time

Wellness Center Attendant

Responsible for creating a pleasant environment for waiting patients and visitors of the Wellness Center. Aids in maintenance and cleaning of the Wellness Center.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: - Assisting medical center members with daily needs - Planning and coordinating recreational activities on a daily basis - Assisting with meals provided to members - Providing customer service Maintains awareness of all patients and their needs while awaiting services. Escorts patients to all locations within the facility. Assists patients with special needs. Communicates with wellness center staff in regards to patient status. Replenishes supplies in the wellness area. Maintains wellness center in an orderly and clean manner. May be responsible for explaining visit details. May be responsible for assisting patients with personal hygiene matters. Serves as a liaison between transportation and patient.

Requirements: Required:

  • Bilingual: English and Spanish
  • Requires a high school diploma; 1 year of experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.


  • Experience working in a medical center
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience planning recreational activities
  • Experience assisting administrators
