Description

The Actuarial Analyst II completes very diverse projects and performs complex actuarial studies.

How You Will Make an Impact:

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Aggregating, analyzing, summarizing, and distributing reports for Healthcare Financial Analytics and their key clients including Enterprise Clinical Operations, Enterprise Analytics Hub, investor relations, etc.

  • Assisting in unearthing, researching, and tracking broad enterprise patterns in cost of care utilizing the breadth of data available to the team.

  • Types of analyses include performing sophisticated retrospective data analytics; building new and modifying existing models to create predictive impact decision making tools.

  • Coordinates/directs special actuarial projects.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS degree and to have passed a minimum of three Society of Actuaries (SOA) or Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS) actuarial exams and a minimum of 1 year related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

SQL, R, Python experience preferred.
