IngenioRx Sales Effectiveness Director

Responsible for sales enablement activities that improve frontline sales effectiveness; Builds tools, communication strategies and information sources that help the sales organization run effectively, efficiently and in support of business strategies and objectives.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Designs and executes an internal sales communication plan and process.

  • Documents department policy and procedure and looks for efficiencies in our workflow process to maximize resources and time.

  • Drives sales playbook composition in partnership with segment marketing.

  • Represents sales in product launch plans from strategy to development to launch.

  • Drives consistent & connected power messaging through all sales collateral including RFPs, pitch books, and training materials.

  • Represents the needs of sales in meetings and cross-functional projects.

  • Assists in sales training where needed.

Qualifications

Requires a BA/BS; 7 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

  • PBM experience required.

  • Project management experience a plus.

  • Excellent planning, organizational, and strategic skills required.
