Pharmacy Account Dir

Location: Remote for the Central Region- the ideal candidate will be located in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Missouri, or Wisconsin for client travel.

IngenioRx's Clinical and Specialty Pharmacy Team is hiring a Clinical Pharmacy Account Director. This high-performing individual contributor is the conduit between our clients and our clinical teams. They will serve as the clinical face to prospective and existing clients, will work with our sales teams to support client meetings, and will deliver our strong value proposition for why IngenioRx from a clinical perspective. Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with external clients and prospects to support business growth.

How you will make an impact:

  • Execute strategic sales and tactical plans by consulting with key decision makers and operational stakeholders in the region.

  • Provide ongoing support to regional decision makers and support PBM field sales team during RFP processes.

  • Assist in the development of recommendations for outcomes-based savings and revenue opportunities.

  • Assist operations in developing key therapeutic programs based on earnings potential.

  • Assist in meeting internal health plan penetration goals.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

  • A Pharmacy License or equivalent service in specialty Rx arena is strongly preferred.

  • Prior experience working for a PBM company in a client-facing role strongly preferred.

  • Prior experience in Commercial/Employer group clinical account management support experience strongly preferred.

  • Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills.
