The Enterprise Risk Management Manager is responsible for managing the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) risk register, response plans, databases and accumulation of relevant metric/data sources to support broader trending and reporting. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: •Provides project management support to track and update ERM program and key risk indicator data. •Supports ongoing internal and external risk identification, both existing and emerging. •Helps coordinate between other risk management functions, including participation in quarterly Risk Alliance meetings. •Supports external reporting and proposal requests. •Supports continuous improvement process for the ERM function. •Assists in the preparation of meeting materials for relevant meetings, including Audit Committee, Senior Leadership Team, and Enterprise Risk Council meetings.

Qualifications

•Requires a BA/BS; 5 years of experience in health insurance, managed care or management/strategy consulting, compliance, risk management or related functions; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Masters’ Degree, CPA, CIA, CISA, RIMS-CRMP or other risk management certification preferred. Data visualization and Enterprise Risk Management experience preferred.
