Sales and Retention Executive Work location: Manchester, NH
Responsible for both selling and renewing group medical, ancillary and senior business (2-50) and Individual Local Group markets.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: - Acquires new accounts through brokers and/or directly to customers. - Prospects accounts and produces revenue through new and renewal sales. - Generates lead activity and makes sales calls. - Develops strategies and utilizes selling techniques to acquire new business. - Develops and executes retention strategies. - Identifies opportunities for penetration sales. - Manages the renewal process and ensures that accounts receive excellent customer service.
Requires a BA/BS; 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
- Experience developing broker and/or customer relationships, strong managed care knowledge, and negotiation skills required.
- Health, Accident and Life Producer License required.
