The Product Manager for Network & Cost of Care Commercial Products and & Segments will be responsible for the development of products in both new and existing markets. Primary duties to include but are not limited to:
Leads product life cycle management of network product portfolio
Supports innovative network product designs that could include High-Performance Network, digital solutions, virtual network, and care delivery models
Manages portfolio modernization and simplification efforts
Leads or supports client customization network product builds that will contribute to Anthem attracting, retaining, and growing business in our large or national segments.
Partners with segment product managers to achieve superior execution of product and network product strategy in the marketplace.
Identifies system needs to support short and long-term network product strategy.
Develops system requirements and ROI
Conduct market, network, and provider analysis and develop improvement recommendations.
Partner with markets and segments to support the implementation of Go to Market strategy for new solutions
May lead effort or manage project teams in the implementation of complex regional and companywide initiatives including portfolio repositioning, legislative changes, network/provider changes/ medical management program, and policy initiatives
Qualifications
BA/BS degree; 4-6 years of network product management experience; program execution; network and provider analytics, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Demonstrated results in three or more of the following areas required: Product Development, Market Strategy, Market Research, Network Provider analytics, or Network Management.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships management
Results-oriented and able to execute.
Analytical skills and strategic mindset
Strong verbal and written communication
Preferred capabilities:
Network Management, Provider Solutions and/or Cost of Care experience
Customer, member experiences
Product experience and understanding execution/operations
Proven ability to navigate and work cross-functionally across various lines of business and various departments within Anthem.
MBA or MHA

Masterful at cross-functional communication and effective collaboration
Strong experience delivering solutions that impress customers and stakeholders, deliver on the intended value proposition
