The Member Engagement Marketing Organization is looking for a Marketing Analyst who can combine attention to detail with an understanding of big picture objectives to drive continuous improvement and thought leadership. We are looking for someone to ask questions no one else will ask. Someone who will follow the data to unexpected answers or hypothesis.

The Marketing Analyst will work with a broad range of data sets to include member demographic data, plan utilization information, campaign engagement metrics, digital interaction history, etc. to proactively identify trends and opportunities and turn those insights into actionable recommendations. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Gathering, analyzing, and summarizing data.

  • Identifying and monitoring trends.

  • Developing data-driven strategies to improve member engagement satisfaction, growth, and retention.

  • Developing measurement plans to determine end-to-end success and value delivery for marketing campaigns.

  • Reporting findings and opportunities to the entire team.

Qualifications

  • Requires a BA/BS degree in math, statistics, or other specialized research function requiring the design and use of statistical modeling techniques; 7 years of experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

  • MA/MS/MBA preferred.

  • Managed Health Care experience preferred.
