Mgr II Claims
This is a remote postion in the PST region
Mgr II Claims is responsible for providing oversight of claims staff.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Establishes departmental policies and procedures.
Audits/monitors efficiency and compliance with policies.
Prepares specialized reports.
Serves as subject matter expert for other areas of the company as well as within the department.
Provides policyholder relationship management.
Manages operational risk.
May be accountable for deliverables of a third party or vendor.
Manages multiple functions requiring unique sets of knowledge or has significant fiscal accountability over and above routine people/equipment costs.
Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.

Associates in these jobs must follow the specific policies, procedures, guidelines, etc. as stated by the Government Business Division in which they are employed.
- Requires BA/BS, a minimum of 3 years management experience and a minimum of 2 years claims experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
- Medicare experience is strongly preferred.
