The Medicaid Territory Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing community relations and sales / marketing strategies in large Medicaid Health Plans. This role will provide leadership and direction to field-based representatives.
Primary duties to include but are not limited to: - Trains and develops Reps for state regulatory requirements/deliverables. - Initiates and leads projects in response to organizational needs. - Develops presentations and outreach materials. - Develops and executes on marketing and community relations strategy to achieve Medicaid goals. - Assists in the development of reports providing productivity tracking, and progress summaries of community relations and faith-based initiatives. - Works cross-functionally within the Health Plan to develop marketing campaigns/strategy. - Researches and evaluates competitive activity. - Supports and ensures strategy execution.
Work location: Iselin, NJ; may consider other locations for most qualified applicant.
Requires a BA/BS degree; 5 years of marketing or similar experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
- Medicaid marketing experience required.
- Requires strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills.
- Experience in Salesforce and proficiency in Excel preferred.
