Talent Acquisition Executive Researcher
Work Location: Can be remote within a commutable distance to an Anthem, Inc. Office
Anthem is building a world-class in-house executive recruiting capability to enable hiring of the best talent in the industry. As part of the Executive Search team, the Researcher will build a data-base with executive contacts, leads and referrals, and create competitive insights for the recruiting team, to enable our over $100 billion company to attract, select and hire top talent.

Key to success in the Talent Acquisition Executive Researcher role, the primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Be responsible for driving sourcing strategies for the Executive Search Team consistent with client goals and deliverables.
Provide thorough research of public and proprietary databases, leads, referrals and networking, identify and capture profiles of executive talent.
Follow up and pre-qualify potential executive talent leads and referrals.
Attend industry events to network with top talent and industry leaders.
Follow industry news and create competitive insights for the recruiting team.
Curate best in class proprietary talent database that enables Anthem to hire top talent, faster.
Provide a thoughtful approach to identifying trends within multiple verticals inside healthcare in order to drive creative sourcing strategies.
Responsible for recruiting talent pools across multiple skill sets in multiple locations.
Interface occasionally with internal and external leaders with the purpose of putting together the right talent and right solution for ever changing market needs.
Leverage the use of applications and software to continually improve the recruiting process.
Partner with the Executive Search Team to identifying business opportunities and priorities.
Build prospect list reports and track reasons for candidates opting in or out, helping to analyze better sourcing methods.
BA/BS degree; 3-5 years of business experience ideally in healthcare or related field preferred, high school diploma required.
Exceptional marketing abilities to promote Anthem as a top destination for executive talent.
Experience in recruiting role with a broad understanding of all areas of HR and/or experience working in a third party recruiting environment is a plus.
A demonstrated ability to apply creative approaches to business challenges.

Demonstrated superior oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strategic thinking and demonstrated organizational capabilities required.
