Director II Performance Enhancement

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Leads solution design for complex service/process improvements with IT and business partners to identify issues, risks, and tasks for improvement of processes to ensure maximum return on audit activity. Manages analytical approach to ensure programs run effectively and timely. Accountable for the development, implementation, system management, policies and procedures for the identification, collection and analysis of performance measurement data specific to the business segment under review. Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.


  • BA/BS; 2+ years of director level management experience; 7+ years of business management experience, with a working knowledge of multiple aspects of the healthcare operations; management benchmarking, outcome measurement, quality management; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background


  • MBA

  • Healthcare quality and data analytics

  • Stars/HEDIS/Risk Adjustment

  • People leader with background overseeing analytical teams
