This role supports Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid Digital experiences. This role will drive strategy and oversee public websites and digital experiences for commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid consumers. Responsible for managing the development and implementation of new products and modifications of existing products.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Implements new products or product changes/enhancements.

  • Develops recommendations on new product designs.

  • Translates business goals and objectives into tactical plans.

  • Ensures products meet competitive and legislative needs.

  • Monitors product development for compliance.

  • Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates the performance of direct reports.


  • Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

    Preferred skills:

  • Healthcare experience preferred.

  • Experience in Medicare and or Medicaid.

  • Agile

  • Adobe Stack, using Adobe Experience Manager, is extremely desired.

  • Annual Salary Range*: $99,204 - $124,005

  • Actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
