The Business Analyst II gathers, analyzes, and documents Market Provider Reimbursement Methodology and Mandated (established at State and Federal Levels) Fee Schedule Government Business Division (Medicare & Medicaid Pricing) requirements.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to the following:
Reviewing and/or Assessing Incoming Requirements Request and Regulatory Alerts for impact for Government Business Division (GBD) Pricing Configuration.
Creating and maintaining Requirements and Process Documents to support GBD Pricing Configuration Management (PCM).
Maintaining (and possible creation of) Fee Schedule Requirements to support GBD Pricing Configuration Solutions (PCS).
Becoming a Market Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 3 years related business analysis experience, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background
Appeals experience, a plus.
SharePoint Site Administration, a plus.
Medicare and Medicaid Insurance Business Analysis experience preferred.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Facets system experience.
MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint proficiency.
