Responsible for providing development and maintenance of training programs within the department.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Development and delivery of training programs.
Participates in updates to processes and system changes.
Provides oversight and assistance with procedure guidelines.
Develops and delivers training program for staff.
Exercises classroom management, including learner performance and escalates issues to leadership when necessary.
Consults and solves learning solutions including identifies client training needs, successfully uses performance consulting to analyze data and identify root cause to determine appropriate learning solutions.
Measures, tracks and evaluates learner.
Requires a BA/BS in Business Administration; 3 or more years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Training Specialist preferred. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills required. Strong analytical, organizational, planning, problem solving, and project/decision facilitation skills required.

Annual Salary Range*: $48,863 - $73,295
Actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
