SCHEDULE: Full-time

The Benefits Design Manager is responsible for managing strategic corporate benefits projects and major change initiatives with corporate-wide impact (i.e., process improvements, work redesign, M & A activity). Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Leads initiatives staffed by cross-functional team members.

  • Researches new programs, involving major stakeholders.

  • Builds decision scenarios.

  • Analyzes financial and organizational implications of recommendations.

  • Presents recommendations to senior management. Implements recommendations.

  • Develops communications about decisions taken.

  • Understands and manages major change initiatives.

  • Represents the department on key company initiatives and assists in ongoing process improvement, policy development, and planning of future assignments.

  • May lead less senior members of the Benefits staff in the implementation and administration of company benefit programs.

Qualifications

  • Requires a BA degree; 10 years benefits experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
