Responsible for analyzing, designing, building, and implementing business-aligned, integrated learning solutions using a variety of techniques and tools.

Location: Work from Home

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

Partner with business stakeholders to understand program goals and define the learning solution that will make the programs successful

• Collaborate with internal team and matrix partners to lead projects through the ADDIE lifecycle, providing clear timelines through all phases, communicating with key partners, and selecting appropriate measurement for successful implementation.

• Participates in needs analysis and recommends end-to-end learning solutions.

• Create performance-focused training content that engages learners across online, hybrid and ILT learning experiences.

• Create outstanding learning tools including video, performance support aids and scenario based assessments to ensure learner understanding and drive business performance

• Design and develop creative online/self-paced, virtual instructor-led, in-person instructor-led and blended training.

• Write persuasive and engaging content, scenarios, scripts, and support material aligned with design strategy

• Develop written communications to use in internal marketing campaigns for a wide range of stakeholders

• Present content proposals or design documents to stakeholders

• Lead SME conversations to prioritize content, learning outcomes, and activities to meet deadlines and stay on track

• Use data and analytics to understand learner behavior and drive continuous improvement in our learning solutions.

• Remain current on new learning approaches, technologies and tools through research and networking to ensure our solutions are innovative.

• Use all approved processes, tools and templates to reinforce standards for development and reporting.

Required Qualifications:

• Requires BA/BS in related field; 4 or more years of instructional design/development, and 5 or more years supporting a training/learning organization; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in graphic design

• Experience in content marketing

• Experience in sales

• Experience in health Insurance

• Experience designing systems training (Salesforce, Trailhead, Walkme)

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and design-thinking practices preferred
