Description

The Infrastructure Services Analyst Sr (Data capture/content and workflow management) solves problems, performs analysis, researches, and tests functions for systems and networks.

  • Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Provides trouble resolution on complex problems.

  • Leads implementations for systems and networks; develops testing plans to ensure quality of implementation.

  • Represents major upgrades and reconfigurations in change control.

  • Designs and analyzes mix of vendor services meeting business requirements; maintains relationship with key vendors.

  • Leads lights-on initiatives to consolidate equipment and/or implement business relocations.

  • Performs capacity analysis; recommends and implements capacity increases; serves as the technical escalation for results of preventative maintenance routines; supervises preventative maintenance.

  • Performs the most complex operations and administration tasks.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires BS/BA degree in related field of study and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a support and operations role in any of the following areas: servers, networks, telecommunications, storage, mainframe, operating systems, middleware, disaster recovery, collaboration technologies, hardware/software support or other infrastructure services role; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

  • Basic Linux OS interactions skill is required.

  • Some after-hours support is required.

  • This position is part of our FGS (Federal Government Services) division which, per CMS TDL 190275, requires foreign national applicants meet the residency requirement of living in the United States at least three of the past five years.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Multiple trade certifications and/or continuing education strongly preferred.

  • Administration experience with application servers such as WebSphere/Weblogic/Tomcat is preferred.

  • Support experience with any database servers like oracle/SQL server/MongoDB is preferred.

  • Experience with Workflow and Content Management tools is desirable though not required.

  • Exposure with infrastructure automation is desirable though not required.
