Responsible for establishing departmental policies and procedures and providing oversight of the State Market ACA Reconciliation staff within Individual Enrollment and Billing.

Essential duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Audits to monitor efficiency and compliance with policies; inventory management and work distribution; prepares specialized reports and communicates key information with stakeholders and leadership.

  • May be assigned to special project work consistent with the role and dictated by the needs of the business.

  • Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Prior management experienced preferred.


BA/BS or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Requires a minimum of 1-2 years in a leadership role in addition to 2-3 years related experience. Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills required. Strong analytical and organizational ability required. Strong PC skills required.
